Back in the day when sponsors would take students on out of state trips! Mr. Small and Mr. Charlton were sponsors for this 1965 Senior trip to the World's Fair and Washington D.C.
1973...the very first year that girls were accepted as members of FFA and the agriculture classes at Wright City High School. Joyce Held, Cheryl Sutter and Lou Ann Hartnegal started the trend at WCHS. The AG teacher at the time was Mr. Dale Hackman. In a newspaper article, he stated that he felt this was a trend over the whole state and country.
